Our Story

An Introduction

This method has been the foundation upon which the company has been built upon and the reason behind its stellar reputation. Vic Monisera originally started building this family business through White Glove Painting, which is still in operation today and has since been passed down to Vic’s son and daughter, Michael Monisera and Gina Limani. Both Michael and Gina quickly saw the potential of growing the business into the full-service high-end painting operation that it is today. Over time the company branched out into protective roof coatings and then roofing itself through Rhino Roof Contractors.

While their father Vic has retired, Michael and Gina, “the dynamic duo,” operate Rhino Roof Contractors today and continue to provide their customers with a service and experience above the rest. With Michael handling the coordination and management of each project, and Gina aiding customers with everything from basic info to color selection, this hands-on customer-first business model they’ve adopted has helped them to work as a team in supporting their fellow residents from coast to coast throughout the Sunshine State.

With a practice like no other, Rhino Roof Contractors offers these services to both residential and commercial clients. The quotes provided are assessment based and because Rhino Roof Contractors works hand-in-hand with licensed and certified roofing inspectors with backgrounds in engineering, they are able to ensure problem areas are identified before the project, and are handled to the correct standards upon completion. Whenever you hire a company to do some large task which you have not done business with before, there is always some uncertainty. I had a large roofing job done by Rhino Roofing who installed a "nano" spray membrane on my 24 year old roof. I had a 13 year workmanship and materials warranty guarantee. About 3 months after the work was completed, my roof developed a large enough weak to stain a large section of my garage ceiling. I called Rhino Roofing and told them about the problem. In two days they sent out their roof repair crew to completely repair the roof leak. Then three days after that, they came back and reapplied the "Nano" technology material on the lower roof where the leak occurred. Then they repainted the garage ceiling where the ceiling was water stained. Now that's what I call a company that stands by their word. I can't give them a strong enough recommendation. Not only for their company, but for their application and materials. Note: I was in the commercial and residential construction and management business for 42 years. Never did I find a company as honest and concerned about a customer's satisfaction as Rhino Roofing. They are very reliable.

Budd and Freddy and their crew are great—they did a wonderful job rehabilitating the 18 year old concrete tile roof on our newly purchased house. Their price was fair and their work was very thorough, and we can already tell that the NXT Cool Zone product they used on the roof has reduced the temperature in our attic and is helping our old HVAC system keep the house cooler. -Adrienne
